  • I went to Brooklyn Botanic Garden after work. This weekend is Annual Cherry Blossom Festival, Sakura Matsuri. This New York City spring tradition celebrates the flowering of the 'Kanzan' cherry trees on the Garden's famous Cherry Esplanade as well as the more than three dozen varieties of Japanese cherry that create a magnificent sea of pink and white throughout the Garden. The admission fee is only $5 for adult and child under 16 for free, also if u are a student that would be only $2. I got so excited when staff giving out sakura tattoo. We saw a lot of cherry trees and flowers. It was so beautiful and peaceful. It is like a place to escape the stressful life, it makes people feel so relaxing.
